Dr. Gary Edelson, a distinguished veterinarian from Holmdel, New Jersey, brings over a decade of expertise and dedication to Imperial Point Animal Hospital. After earning his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, Dr. Edelson pursued his passion for veterinary medicine at St. George's University in Grenada. He completed his clinical year in 2008 at the University of Florida's School of Veterinary Medicine, earning recognition from the Pfizer Corporation for his excellence in emergency medicine.

With specialized interests in veterinary dentistry, diabetes management, dermatology, and ophthalmology, Dr. Edelson is committed to providing top-tier care for dogs and cats. His contributions to the field include numerous published articles on canine and feline diabetes. Additionally, his hands-on experience working alongside a board-certified veterinary dentist and a boarded canine/feline practitioner has further honed his skills in general medicine.

At home, Dr. Edelson cherishes time with his wife, Liz, and their three children, along with their beloved pets: Bowser, Hulk, and Oliver, a Sphynx cat. Outside the clinic, he enjoys pursuing his hobbies, which include golf, magic, and scuba diving.
